In dealing with you we may collect personal information including your name, address, date of birth, telephone numbers, email address and driver’s license number, information pertaining to a credit application including employment details, salary details, accommodation details, and financial position details. Generally, we collect personal information directly from you, when you contact or deal with us. We may also collect personal information from third parties, for example finance or insurance companies providing related services to you. We protect this information in a number of ways. Where we share the information with third parties we ensure they also have appropriate policies and security in place. When the information is no longer required, it is de-identified, deleted, or securely destroyed. If you wish to cancel your use of our services your information will be retained for a period of 90 days from your last use of our service at wish point it is deleted and securely destroyed. Where data is permanently deleted it is deleted from all and any back-up location also. Payment information including credit card details are not retained by us and are not accessible by us. No form of back up of payment information is retained. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments whose privacy policy can be found at https://stripe.com/en-de/privacy.
