Users only pay for the time they use the vehicle, and the price includes fuel, insurance, and maintenance costs. No matter what subscription plan you decide to join, they all also come with no holding fees or cancellation fees and usage rates that are highly competitive in comparison to other providers across the country.

Convenient Locations

Launching in 2016 we have grown steadily over the years and currently have a fleet of 250 vehicles located across Sydney, Melbourne Canberra, Byron Bay, and Mullumbimby. This makes it easy for members to find a vehicle near their location and quickly get on the road.

Easy-to-use App

We have an easy-to-use app that once approved allows members to immediately reserve a desired vehicle and unlock/lock it by using the Bluetooth feature within the app. This eliminates the need for an access card or fob and makes the car-sharing experience even more convenient. We do still send out an access card in our membership packs if Bluetooth is not accessible. Through our app members can also access their invoices, booking history, update payment details, validate their licence, estimate the price of a journey, and see vehicle availability through our calendar.

Member Support

Popcar has a dedicated membership experience team that is available to assist members from 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Our afterhours team operates from 5:30pm – 10pm Monday through Friday and 9am – 10pm Saturday and Sunday. This ensures that users have a seamless and stress-free car-sharing experience.
